Tell us about your gathering:
Before we begin
What can Haus of Gather create for my event?
We offer floral design, creative direction, event design, draping, planning, and coordination for weddings, private celebrations, and brand events. Wedding websites and printed pieces can be designed in collaboration with our design partner. We tailor the scope to your gathering.
Do you travel beyond Los Angeles?
Yes. Based in Los Angeles, Arpy has designed events across the country and is available for destination celebrations worldwide. Share your location and plans so we can discuss travel, sourcing, and installation.
Can we book florals without full event planning?
Yes. Your inquiry can focus on florals, event design, draping, coordination, or a fuller creative partnership. Tell us what you already have in place and where you would like support.
When should we reach out, and what should we share?
Reach out when you have a date or an approximate timeframe. Your location, guest count, priorities, and estimated budget help us start a useful conversation. A venue or a fully formed vision is not required to inquire.
How are services priced?
Every gathering has its own scale and needs. Floral varieties, quantities, installations, rentals, staffing, travel, and the service scope inform your proposal. Share your estimated investment so we can discuss a thoughtful direction.
What happens after we inquire?
We review your event details and availability, then arrange a conversation to explore fit and scope. Your event is confirmed only once the agreed booking requirements are completed.
